The very first step when promoting any type of Clickbank affiliate offer, is to choose your ideal niche.
Personally, my device is always the same, and that’s to choose the niche that you like the most.
So what type of niche are you passionate about?
Do you like to help entrepreneurs?
Are you interested in green energy?
Do you want to help people find the perfect life partner?
The truth is that you should always choose a niche that’s both popular, and also one that you’re passionate about.
The way, you can create tons of helpful content for your niche, and hopefully, you’ll have a ton of fun doing it.
This is tremendously important in my opinion, because the more passionate you are about a topic, the better your content (and the more persuasive) it’s probably going to be.
Of course, once you have a good niche that you want to target, you can then browse the Clickbank marketplace and choose from their many products; you won’t have trouble finding a cool product to promote in almost any mainstream niche, and new products are being added all the time.
How To Decide Which Clickbank Products To Promote Using ClickFunnels?
If you go the Clickbank Marketplace, place your cursor on the Search bar and then click “Enter” you’ll find the top selling products in all categories:
For specific niches, just select the niche on the left hand of the screen and the top products will show up in order.
But there are a few specific criteria I look for before deciding to promote that product:
▸ Quality: Is the product good? Is their website and marketing good?
▸ Targeted: Is this product targeted or relevant to my subscribers?
▸ CR (Conversion Rate): How well does the product sales page convert?
▸ Commission: How much will I get paid for my referral?
▸ Sales Funnel: Is there upsells or potential to increase my commission?
▸ Guarantee: Does the product or service have a guarantee?
▸ Refund Rate: What is the refund rate of the product?
▸ Payment: How do I get paid? Is there a threshold? When do I get paid?
Most Clickbank products provide you with the standard 75% commission, but many times if you reach out to the product creator or affiliate manager you can boost your commission to 90% or more, just by asking them.
Remember, most of these product creators are interested in building a list of BUYERS, so they are willing to give you more commission if you can send them buyers.
Here are a few more things to think about when choosing a product to promote:
▸ Testimonials: Does the product or service have any testimonials?
▸ Customer Support: Does the company have good customer support?
▸ Gravity (Clickbank): Is the product converting for other affiliates?
▸ Affiliate Resources: Are there any banners, swipes or resources for me?
▸ Rules/Guidelines: Are there any rules or guidelines when promoting?
▸ Training: Do they provide any affiliate training?
▸ Would You Buy It?: Ask yourself this based on the sales page, product and
marketing of it.

One of the best ways to promote Clickbank products using Facebook Ads is using a Quiz funnel. When it comes to Facebook ads, you can’t send people straight to Clickbank products, even if you THINK the product is compliant.
Facebook does NOT like Clickank urls, even if you try cloacking them, so just don’t do it.
You can, however, send people to a Quiz Funnel and either get their email address or send them to a Clickbank product at the end of the quiz using a Call To Action button.

Seriously, if you want to promote Clickbank products USE a quiz funnel.
Why Email Marketing Is So Powerful For Clickbank Affiliates
Email marketing is the single best way that I know of to build authority with your audience, while at the same time sharing beautiful content.
If you sign-up for ClickFunnels you can use their built in email marketing software called Actionetics.
So maybe you can make a list of the top 10 problems that your ideal prospect is likely to face, and you could then write up 10 email newsletter campaigns that address each of those problems.
At the end of each email, you could have a short call to action that promotes your affiliates offer.
As you can see, having an affiliate bridge funnel as your ”Front End”, and then a super powerful email newsletter campaign as your ”Back End”, can be a tremendously way to promote any affiliate offer, or any offer that you have in mind.
It can also be a ton of fun, and it’s another reason why I recommend you to choose a niche that you’re truly passionate about, so you can focus on creating breathtaking content as frequently as possible, and sharing it with your prospects with enthusiasm.
Writing a Killer Email Followup Campaign
Writing a beautiful email followup campaign is the easiest thing in the world.
That being said, a lot of my friends and colleagues get stressed out because they’re not sure where to start.
The best advice I give you, is to focus on creating amazing content that’s designed to help your end users.
Focus on keeping your end users entertained and subscribed over the long-haul.
That way, every time you email your subscribers, hopefully they will be happy to read what you have to say, and if all goes well, they’ll also check out your affiliate recommendations.
So focus less on trying to sell, and focus on more delivering value!
If your subscribers appreciate your stuff, maybe they will stick around and become lifelong fans, which is always a very awesome goal for all email newsletter writers and affiliate marketers to have.
On ClickBank, the affiliate link is known as a “hop link” and if you wanted to promote a product that is listed here in the affiliate link
marketplace, than you just simply click on the promote button here, and it’s going to load up a little page that is going to ask you to put in your account nickname.
So, whatever your ClickBank username is, you’re going to put that in right here, so just as an example, if I put in “bestaffiliateeva”, let’s say that is my username, I’m going to click on “create”, and ClickBank is going to create the hop link, which is the affiliate link that I’m going to use to promote and market this product.
So, you would want to copy this link and use it as your affiliate link in order to get credit for the sales that you produce as an
affiliate.
Now, as you can probably tell from this affiliate link, and most affiliate links for that matter, is that they are very long and unattractive and they are very hard to remember; if somebody was to try to remember this link and to come back to it at a later point, it would be very challenging for them to do that.
Also, because this link is very unattractive and ugly looking, a lot of people might not want to click on this link, they might not want to click on something that looks like this on Facebook or especially on Instagram or Twitter.
That is why it’s important to always make sure that you cloak affiliate links, and I’m going to show you how to do that in this video. You would want to copy this link here, this is the link that I’m given for this affiliate product on ClickBank. Every affiliate program is going to be different, so keep that in mind.
There is going to be a different affiliate link that you are going to use with every affiliate product and program that you want to promote.
Most Clickbank sellers provide you with a prettier hoplink, but it’s still pretty ugly looking, so you’ll want to use a plugin like PrettyLinks or Easy Affiliate Links.
