How To Add A New Action:

Select a step in your existing funnel.

Click on the Automation tab.

Enter the Name for your action.

Click on the Action Delay tab to add a delay in days and/or hours. [Optional]

Click Create Funnel Action.
How To Add A New Email:
Note: To send emails, you must first integrate your SMTP service into your ClickFunnels account.

Click on Add New Email.

Enter the From Name.

Enter the Subject.

Select the SMTP configuration.

Enter a number to send only to active subscribers. [Optional]

Select a Condition to trigger the email.

Scroll down and click on Create Email.
How To Add A New SMS Text:
Note: To send SMS messages, you must first integrate your Twilio into your ClickFunnels account.

Click on Add New SMS Text.

Select the Twilio Integration.

Select the Condition.

Enter the Message.

Enter the Delay Days. [Optional]

Enter the Delay Hours. [Optional]

How to add a new action to your funnel?

If you select the existing funnel that you are running in your Clickfunnels account, you can then select the option, “One Step”.

On the right side of your screen at the top, you should see the button for automation and you can then click on it.

When you are on the following page, you can select between a few tabs, which are, “Add new action”, “Add new e-mail” and “Add new SMS text”

You can then select “Add new action”.

There is a list that will follow and on that list, you can choose, “Action to do”.

You can then select “Action Delay”, which will then add curiosity to the customers since the customers will need to wait a few hours or days.

The last step is to click on “Select Funnel Action”.
How are emails added?

Emails are added by selecting the “Add new email tab”

After you have chosen this you can then enter the form name and subject. The form name and subject has to do with what the topic is, so let’s say the topic is about how to automate your emails, the form name and subject can be “Email automation” and “How to automate your email in a few steps”.

When you are done doing this you can then confirm it by selecting the SMTP (Which stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol Configuration). It’s optional but very beneficial to add active subscribers, they are the most interested in your ideas and services. They are less likely to consider your emails as spam and will less likely unsubscribe from you.

Now that it is done you can then enter an action that will automatically send the email to the customers.

Click on “Automation”, select the “Add new email option” and then enter the form name and subject.

You select the “Saw page but didn’t purchase” option by simply clicking it.

When creating and designing your email use the Basic Editor, to add a template to the email you will need to use the Advanced Editor for that.

To finish the process, select the option “Create Email”.
How to create a thank you page?

At the funnel you choose “Add new step”

Give the step a name and select “Create funnel Step”

By clicking on the Opt-in you can select a template for your Thank you page.

You will be able to create an “Email Input” field and a “Submit button”.
How to link your Email Integration?

Go to where you edit the page and select “Settings” and then “Integrations”.

Select the integration that is yours

At “Actions” button select “Add to list”

Choose for the list you want to add.
How to receive notification emails?
For this, to function, you will need an Opt-in page or Order page and an SMTP.

Select the Order or Opt-in page.

Click on the tab for Automation.

Select “Add new Action” and give it a name.

Go to integrations and select “Clickfunnels Internal”.

Select the “Action to Do” and then choose “Email Notification”.

At “Email to Notify” enter your email.

The last step is then selecting “Create funnel action”.
